Fraser’s ancestors, who were originally from Ireland, emigrated to the beautiful country of Scotland 120 years ago. It was there that they discovered their love of gastronomy.

In Edinburgh, Fraser’s father ran the largest and most popular pub far and wide. Following in his father’s footsteps, Fraser has now brought a piece of Scotland to Austria.
